An alumnus of AFMC Pune, he served over 34 years in the Armed Forces Medical Services, holding key roles including Head of ENT dept at Army Hospital (R&R), Army College of Medical Sciences and Base Hospital Delhi Cantt. He has published more than 40 research papers, contributed chapters to books, and reviewed for national/international journals. A respected teacher and reputed examiner, he is affiliated with leading ENT associations. He has won Chief of Air Staff Award for the best published article, Senior Consultants Best Paper Award and Best Resident Paper Award. For his dedicated service and professional achievements, he has been awarded the Chief of Army Staff’s Commendation and C-in-C SFC Commendation.
