Department of Pediatrics

Our department is primarily concerned with delivery of health care services to newborns and children (OPD and IPD services.

To provide the best possible comprehensive and ethical pediatric services for children including minor and major illnesses, acute and chronic health problems, growth development concerns in a healthy child friendly working environment

FACILITIES AVAILABLE

Out- patient services and specialty clinics ( including newborn follow- up clinic)

In- patient services ( pediatric wards, NICU,PICU)

24x7 emergency services

Neonatal care including breastfeeding education and support

Level III NICU care ( ventilator and CPAP) services)

Separate in- born and out- born units

Care of preterm babies

Immunization clinic ( all weekdays 9am-4pm)

Child psychology and counseling session (for adolescent, children and parents)

Outreach programs ( involving camps)

Well trained staff

Academics- the department is committed to uplift the status of medical education of undergraduates and research work.
